Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of our customers.

Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or error. Email sales@edgechems.com.
Every product is tested by independent third-party laboratories before shipment. If a batch falls below our minimum purity threshold, it is not shipped. Certificates of Analysis are available for every batch on the Lab Results page. If you have concerns about a specific batch result, contact us directly.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement provided the order has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. To request a cancellation, email sales@edgechems.com immediately with your order number in the subject line.
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback with their financial institution. We resolve legitimate issues promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full transaction evidence and may result in permanent account termination.
