Yes — Bitcoin orders receive a 5% discount applied automatically at checkout when you select cryptocurrency payment. This reflects our reduced processing costs versus traditional payment rails.

Unconfirmed transactions are visible to us. If your transaction remains unconfirmed after 2 hours, contact us with your transaction hash and we will manually verify on-chain before dispatching your order.
