Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays) are dispatched same day.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed and dispatched the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated transit times vary by destination:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local compliance. EdgeChems is not liable for packages held or seized by customs.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no external branding or product identification. Peptide vials are individually bubble-wrapped and secured with ice packs where cold-chain shipping is indicated. Capsule products ship at ambient temperature.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you at the time of dispatch. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate with the carrier. If you have not received a tracking notification within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at sales@edgechems.com.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, reship the order at no cost. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carrier error, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
